Vox Overview

Vox is Onecom's next-generation voice security and intelligence platform. Its capabilities are embedded directly in the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunk carrying a business's calls, rather than added as a separate system alongside it, and every Vox base licence includes that trunk as part of the service.

Vox suits any business that treats the phone as a serious channel: contact centres, finance teams, service desks and anyone who needs a reliable record of what was said, or certainty that the voice on the other end of the line is who it claims to be.

Each module is licensed individually and consumed through a single Onecom Vox portal, so a business can start with what it needs and add more as requirements grow.

Vox Record

Every call on the trunk is recorded, in stereo, with an audit trail showing who played or downloaded each recording. Retention runs on a term of 12, 36, 60 or 84 months, chosen to match the business's own compliance needs.

Vox Protect

Vox Protect scores every call for synthetic, AI-generated speech while the call is still live, not after it ends. Where a call crosses the severity threshold a business sets, an alert is raised in the portal, by email, and by text message where enabled, naming the voice-generation tool behind the call where one can be identified. Every call a team reviews feeds a nightly retrain, so detection keeps adapting to that business's own callers, lines and audio conditions.

Vox Insights

Vox Insights turns every recorded call into a transcript, with an AI-generated summary that flags fraud-intent language automatically. The transcript and summary can be kept on their own retention term, set independently of the recording.

Vox Verify

Vox Verify compares a caller's voice against previous calls from the same number, so a familiar number calling with an unfamiliar voice is surfaced as a mismatch rather than treated as routine.

Vox Live

Vox Live streams a live, word-by-word transcript of a call in progress, so a call can be followed, reviewed or joined without waiting for it to end.

Vox vPhishing

Vox vPhishing tests how a business's own staff respond to a cloned voice, placing simulated calls to them and scoring what each person discloses, bringing the same discipline to the phone that email phishing testing has given staff for years.

Vox Complete

Vox Complete

Vox Complete combines the SIP trunk, Vox Record, Vox Protect and Vox Insights in a single line, so a business buys connectivity and call intelligence together rather than as separate products.

It runs on the same 12, 36, 60 or 84-month terms as Vox Record, with one term applying to both the recording and the transcript.

Vox Verify is not included in Vox Complete and is licensed separately, per enrolled voice; Vox Live and Vox vPhishing remain separate, individually licensed modules.

Why Vox

Why Vox

  • Calls become evidence, not just connectivity. The SIP trunk already carries the call; Vox makes what happened on it recorded, readable, scored and verifiable, without a separate platform standing beside it.
  • Retention without a recording platform. Every call is kept for the compliance term chosen, 12 to 84 months, with stereo playback and an audit trail of who played or downloaded each one.
  • Calls can be read, not replayed. Transcription and AI summaries mean what was said is readable without listening to the call.
  • A cloned voice is flagged mid-call, at the severity threshold a business sets, in time to act rather than to review afterwards.
  • A known number with an unknown voice is surfaced, comparing a caller against the voice that number has used before.
  • Susceptibility is measured before an attacker measures it, with simulated voice-phishing calls scored against a business's own staff.

Trust and compliance: hosted in the UK on Google Cloud, deployed across 3 availability zones, certified to ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and Cyber Essentials, backed by a 99.95% service availability service level measured monthly, with mandatory multi-factor authentication on every portal account and personal data redacted from transcripts before any AI summary is generated.
