Eventually. All current Evolve and The Word telephone numbers will continue to function for the foreseeable future. The consolidation of all services will result in numbers changing, which will be notified.

Will any of the Evolve product names change now that they are part of Onecom?
Yes. Evolve’s ‘Evolution’ and ‘Evolution Lite’ resource management application will become ‘CommsManager’ and ‘CommsManager Lite’.
Will the Evolve renewals process be affected by the integration?
No. You will continue to renew your products and services as you’ve done previously.
Will I be able to consolidate my Evolve and Onecom accounts?
Yes. The purchasing, service delivery and finance systems will share the same, single platform from the 01 September 2017. All existing Evolve accounts will become Onecom accounts.
Will my account team change? Who should I contact for sales or support?
Onecom will continue to serve and support you in ways that best suits your needs. You will continue to purchase products and services from your existing account management team, to be provisioned by Onecom Limited. Any changes to process will be notified immediately.
I am a current Evolve customer. Will I need to sign a new contract for the supply of goods and services after integration?
No, all contracts signed prior to 31 August 2017 will continue to be valid with no changes to the terms and conditions.
Will there be any process changes?
No. Evolve customers will continue to purchase products and services, to be provisioned by Onecom, through existing channels.
Will I see new email addresses for contacts?
Yes. All current Evolve email accounts, including @evolve.co.uk, @evolvetele.co.uk, @theword.co.uk will change to @onecom.co.uk To ensure communication remains uninterrupted, all current Evolve email addresses will continue to function, however, you should use new Onecom email addresses as soon as is possible.
I am expecting a payment from Evolve, will I still receive it?
During August, payments to customers will continue to be made by Evolve. Payments due between 26-31 August 2017 will be held (whilst systems are aligned) and made by Onecom in September.
