Last week Onecom received some truly exceptional customer feedback from one of its newest consumers, Security Solutions.
As one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of security equipment, providing barriers, bollards, automatic gates and fencing products nationwide, Commercial Manager Ray Barnett expressed his gratitude to Onecom colleagues Darren Mizon and Claire Coe for all their hard work overseeing the transfer of their mobile phone service to Onecom. Ray confirmed:
“We carried out an extensive tender and evaluation process for the renewal of our mobile phone provision and Onecom came out on top. Our decision, whilst having a financial consideration, was based more around your knowledge of the industry from yourself and the confidence you instilled in us.
Since placing the order and appointment of our dedicated Account Manager, Claire Coe, everything has run perfectly. We had no issues with the switchover (despite having a couple of initial problems with our original provider which they reluctantly resolved) and our once poor signal in the office has also gone away thanks to the Vodafone network.
I’ve had a number of calls and emails with Claire since implementation and I have to say it’s a pleasure to find a company who actually delivers the levels of customer service it says it can. Claire is super-efficient in what she does and I can’t speak highly enough about her.
The huge benefit that is now clearly evident for Security Solutions as a company is the one point of contact for everything. The process of trying to get through to somebody who can actually help you at our previous provider, or even speaking to the same person twice was a painful experience, and often a call that I put off due to conflict that arose.
I have to say that Onecom are a breath of fresh air and choosing to work with the company is an excellent business decision.”
