Onecom, the UK's leading business communications technology and cloud communications specialist, has successfully acquired Excalibur Communications in its eleventh acquisition since 2020.
Excalibur Communications is an experienced IT Managed Services Provider with well-established Unified Communications (UC) and mobile communications capability with long-standing partnerships with Vodafone and Gamma to complement its Microsoft Gold Partner status.
This acquisition affords Onecom additional capability and capacity through its expert team, geographic reach from its Swindon Operations Centre, and the addition of an established customer base with advantageous opportunities and benefits for those customers, further strengthening Onecom's IT Managed Services strategy and building on the momentum from the recent acquisition of IMS Technology in 2023.
