Buying and purchasing systems will operate using a single platform from the 01 September 2017. We advise you to close all transactions with Evolve Telecom/The Word prior to 01 September 2017.  All transactions from 01 September should be undertaken using the Onecom supplier account.

To ensure communication remains uninterrupted, all current Evolve email addresses will continue to function, however, you should use new Onecom email addresses as soon as is possible.

During August, payments to suppliers will continue to be made by Evolve. Payments due between 29-31 August 2017 will be held (while systems are aligned) and made by Onecom in September 2017.

From 01 September 2017 all transactions will be instigated and administered by Onecom Limited. All purchase requests and services will be issued and paid by Onecom.  All Invoices from this date should be to Onecom. Any invoices addressed to Evolve, dated 01 September 2017 or later will be returned.

From 01 August 2017 new branding will be applied to all Evolve premises. This will include how calls are answered, the Evolve website, customer-facing documentation, signage, individual email addresses, email signatures and business cards.

The business of Evolve Limited is being transferred to Onecom Limited. As part of this, Evolve will assign its contracted rights and obligations to Onecom, and Onecom shall exercise the rights and assume responsibility for the performance of all of Evolve’s obligations.
