The Role

The responsibility of the Fulfilment Manager is to provide support to the Stock Controller and hands-on responsibility and direct management for the Dispatch, Programming and Quality Control Team.

The role is pivotal in delivering end product to our customers across Mobile, IT and Telephony in an efficient and customer focussed manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • Accountability and responsibility for team management including monitoring and prioritisation of the workload for Dispatch, Programming and Quality Control;
  • Ensure that Onecom are maximising turnaround of customer orders by ensuring dispatch is working seamlessly whilst ensuring any programming requests are being completed and ensuring appropriate quality control has been completed
  • Management of direct reports including employee reviews, appraisals, training and any KPI’s or objective setting with direction from the Stock Controller
  • Manage and where possible resolve escalations relating to Dispatch, Programming and QC issues
  • Ensure all company policies, processes and procedures are adhered to
  • Provide exception management reporting to Stock Controller to allow process improvements
  • Continually review and provide recommendations to the Stock Controller on the process and procedures to enhance the operational efficiency
  • Provide enhanced support to Corporate Accounts Team for Key Customers
  • Ensure all information is tracked and kept up to date on the company system
  • Support, co-ordinate and maintain relationships with internal teams where required
  • Occasional over-time may be required
