Onecom is celebrating a major national industry award win for its commitment to outstanding customer services.
Onecom beat three others including industry giants O2 and Sky Mobile to be named as winner of the ‘Best Customer Service Award’ at the Mobile News Awards on 14 March.
The awards, run by renowned industry publication Mobile News, are recognised as a leading national event in the mobile industry calendar, and are attended by top international companies and UK firms.
The award was accepted by Onecom’s CEO Ben Dowd at a special ceremony in the heart of London, and is one of a number of industry accolades the firm has received since its conception.
Rated Excellent on Trust Pilot with a score of 9.4 and a 5 star rating, Onecom’s commitment to customer services has not just been recognised by industry peers, but amongst the customer community too.
